We would like to take this time to inform you of our COVID-19 related policies. Until the threat of the virus is behind us, we have to take precautions to make sure we can stay open. Here’s how you can help keep Midtown Athletics safe for everyone:
Wait outside until it’s time for your class or the previous class has exited. We want to limit the amount of people in the facility at one time.
Wash or sanitize your hands as you come in and again as you leave.
No personal items in the gym except for a water bottle or any necessary pieces of equipment.
Follow the class structure as explained by the instructor. A conscious effort has been made with regard to programming the workout/class and allowing for optimal safe distancing between you and other attendees.
Grab a provided spray bottle and towel when you enter. Use this throughout class to clean every piece of equipment you use.
PLEASE do not come to class if you are sick or don’t feel well.
