HIIT The Gym

A 45 minute, high intensity workout in a training setting that goes far beyond the beaten path of circuits and stations. Socially distanced group training sessions combine intense cardio with weight and resistance training to create the ideal metabolic demand for effective long-term fat loss and overall conditioning.

TaeKwonDo

​This program focuses on developing the TaeKwonDo skills and discipline of students ranging from 6 years of age and up, white belt to black belt and beyond. Learn courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indominable spirit in a safe, socially distant environment amongst some of the very best instructors.

Nutrition Coaching

If you feel like you’ve tried and restricted but never saw the results you wanted, we can provide the program that will finally work for you. We work FOR you and WITH you to help you reach your goals. Our coaching plans are not cookie-cutter. Your custom plan includes macro goals, workout recommendations, fiber and water goals, sample days of eating (again, customized to you!), information on the how’s and why ‘s of macro tracking, and other helpful tips. Midtown Mini’s

​Our Midtown Mini’s program is perfect for children who are looking to have a LOT of fun, while also learning the basics of TaeKwonDo. Classes are 30 minutes in length and are packed with fun, martial arts-based games as well as the fundamentals of the sport.

Personal Training

Each 1-on-1 personal training session takes place in our private, single-room gym. Spacing between the client and trainer is maintained, and disinfecting of equipment is withheld during these times with COVID-19. Every session is written specifically for the individual client with their personal fitness level, injuries, progression, and goals all taken into consideration.

HIIT The Gym To-Go

​Want the same programming we offer in-gym without physically being there? Our HIIT The Gym programming is converted to a dumbbell only program that you can do from home or in your own gym. Watch the daily demonstration videos to form cues, log your scores, and track your progress from home!

Our version of Cardio Kickboxing! This group fitness class combines martial arts techniques with HIIT (high intensity interval training) to deliver an incredible workout. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
