The Traditional TaeKwonDo Program at our gym in Tulsa is designed to help students of all ages and skill levels develop confidence, discipline, and strength through the time-honored practice of TaeKwonDo. Program Overview

  • Train up to three times per week with expert instruction.
  • Mixed-age and mixed-rank classes promote teamwork and leadership.
  • Structured curriculum that focuses on striking techniques, patterns, self-defense, and sparring.
  • Emphasis on perseverance, self-control, and goal setting.

How Training Works

  • Beginners should attend at least one Beginner Skills class and one All Levels class per week to retain information and progress toward their next belt.
  • Intermediate & Advanced students may attend additional rank-focused training in the Intermediate or Advanced Skills class following All Levels.
  • All Levels class is mandatory for students who wish to participate in rank-specific training.
